Opaque market
Strategy · Innovation · Renewable energy · Digital tools
Strategic consulting, operational marketing and digital tools for businesses, innovative projects and renewable energy players that want to grow with method, clarity and concrete action.
Strategic and commercial radar
Strategic and commercial radar
Market, targets, channels and constraints are read together to define contact priorities, messaging and next actions.
The problem
Markets, clients, channels and constraints create noise. Strategic work turns that noise into readable priorities.
01
Opaque market
02
Confused channels
03
Blocked decisions
Commercial reading
Mapping a system is not enough. The point is to understand where to act: targets, channels, messages, constraints, positioning and commercial actions.

Market and stakeholder reading, with clear definition of the offer, positioning and project priorities.
Output:market reading, direction and offer positioning

03 /
Clarifying workflows, priorities, tools, automation, AI and operating steps to reduce dispersion and blocks.
Output:processes, tools and operational priorities
When it is useful
When the organization struggles to turn analysis, intentions and tools into everyday action.
04 /

Profile
I work in strategic consulting, operational marketing and digital tools for businesses that need to turn complexity, scattered ideas and concrete problems into clearer decisions.
My background combines philosophy, analysis of the subject, management and economic decision-making. After earning my bachelor's degree in Philosophy at the University of Turin, I pursued graduate studies at Université Toulouse Jean Jaurès in psychoanalysis, philosophy and political economy of the subject, then continued my studies with the Master in Philosophy and Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
This path allows me to work on two levels: on one side, the deep analysis of problems, constraints and decision-making dynamics; on the other, their concrete translation into strategy, communication, processes and operational tools.
In recent months, part of my work has focused on innovation, renewable energy, B2B development and digital tools for local businesses and territorial projects.
My goal is to help businesses, professionals and local projects think better, decide with more method and act with greater precision.
Describe the market, constraint or opportunity you want to analyze. I will reply with a first orientation on the possible work.
